Total Auto Care Center (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure online experience for our automotive service clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our site or use our contact forms.

By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our site, specifically when using our appointment or inquiry contact forms. This information is limited to:

  • Identity Data: Your name.
  • Contact Data: Your email address.
  • Communication Data: Any details, questions, or vehicle specifications you include in your message box.

We do not collect highly sensitive financial records, social security numbers, or drivers’ license information through this public website form.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the personal information collected via our contact form strictly for legitimate business operations, including to:

  • Respond directly to your inquiries, quote requests, or automotive repair questions.
  • Schedule, manage, and coordinate your upcoming vehicle service appointments at our Fort Pierce facility.
  • Maintain and monitor the security of our website environment.

We do not use your contact form information for automated marketing newsletters, promotional text campaigns, or seasonal coupon emails. Your contact data is strictly used to communicate with you about your immediate vehicle requests.

3. COOKIES AND AUTOMATED DATA SECURITY

Our website uses standard cookies to enhance user navigation, optimize loading times, and track platform traffic.

  • Cloudflare Integration: We use Cloudflare as a third-party security and infrastructure partner. Cloudflare may process browser data, device technical configurations, and traffic patterns strictly to protect our web forms from spam, block malicious bots, and optimize website loading speeds.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of our site may not function optimally.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We value your privacy and maintain a strict data-sharing policy. We do not sell, trade, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties. This includes automotive management software, parts suppliers, digital inspection tools, or outside marketing agencies. We only share data with trusted infrastructure service providers (like our web hosting and security partners like Cloudflare) who are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it solely to perform technical services for us.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our business, our clients, or the public.

The security of your personal data is critical to us. We implement appropriate technical safeguards—including executing all web traffic over secure HTTPS/SSL encryption—to ensure your names and emails are protected during transmission. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
